At Antidote Extract Labs (“ANTIDOTE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders will be shipped, how shipping costs are calculated, and what to expect after you place an order.
Shipping Methods & Costs
During checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping method. Shipping costs are determined by your selected shipping option and the contents of your order. All shipping and handling fees are clearly shown before you complete your purchase.
We typically process and ship orders within 48 hours after your payment has cleared. Orders are fulfilled during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding weekends and national holidays. Orders placed during promotions, peak periods, or on holidays may take additional time to process.
For orders shipping within the United States, you may have options to select expedited shipping (e.g., Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Overnight) during checkout.
Please note: Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Antidote Extract is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather-related events.
No card transactions are allowed for international shipping.

Order Communication
After placing your order, you will receive a series of emails to keep you informed throughout the fulfillment process. These may include:
- Order Confirmation – Confirms we received your order and includes your order number. Keep this email for your records.
- Shipping Confirmation – Notifies you once your order (or part of it) has shipped. If your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, you may receive more than one shipping confirmation.

Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers are typically assigned as soon as your order is packed and ready to ship. Tracking details will appear in your account dashboard (if applicable) and/or be sent to you via email.
We may use a variety of carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) depending on the shipping method and destination. As a result, tracking information may vary depending on your specific order.
Please note that tracking details may take up to three (3) full business days to become available after shipment.
Order Status vs. Tracking
- Order Status reflects the progress of your order through our system—from placement to fulfillment.
- Tracking Information becomes available once your package has been handed off to the carrier. It includes location updates and estimated delivery times once en route.
